DALLAS – Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), the nation’s largest independent distributor of life and health insurance products, today announced it has acquired Advisors Insurance Brokers (“AIB”), one of the largest brokerage general agencies in the country. As part of the transaction, Kevin Johnson, CEO of AIB, will become a Managing Partner in Integrity. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
