We are very excited to share that our very own Jayne Rothman, our Chief Legal Officer, is up for a prestigious award. D CEO Magazine, which highlights the best in business, food, sports and culture across Texas, has selected Jayne as a finalist for Outstanding General Counsel. This award recognizes innovative and highly accomplished in-house counsels and legal teams. And while the awards aren’t until September 27th, we thought it’d be a great time to highlight all the good Jayne does for the Integrity family!
Jayne joined our family in January 2021 after previously working in private practice and as in-house counsel. Since joining Integrity, she has been an integral contributor toward our continued growth and success as a company. Jayne continues to go above and beyond to expand Integrity’s impact within the industry in ways that are both measurable and immeasurable. From helping over 150 partners across the nation join the Integrity platform, to overseeing multiple departments including intellectual properties, real estate, procurement and compliance, Jayne and her team are positioning Integrity for a bright future ahead. Jayne has also been a key figure in our relationship with Silver Lake and the establishment of the Integrity Foundation.
Not only is Jayne an inspiration at work, she’s also a great example of a woman in leadership outside the workplace. Jayne is the proud mom of two boys with whom she shares her various passions, including motorcycles and taekwondo. During the pandemic, she even took up the cello! Jayne is a shining example of strength and perseverance. From her business successes to her role as mother, wife and cancer survivor, Jayne encourages us all to make the most of each day and to be our best selves.
