Rock ‘n’ roll lives in the souls of many of our partners. For new partner Jerry Manning of J. Manning & Associates, rock ‘n’ roll is more than just a love — it’s a pastime. That’s because Jerry, in addition to leading one of the biggest companies in the long-term care market, is a rock band drummer.

When Jerry is not busy running his business or spending time with his family, he meets up with his band. Each member is also a busy professional, so they don’t get the chance to perform together often, but it’s always exciting when they do! They try to do at least a couple shows at different rock ‘n’ roll clubs per year and proudly call each performance their “reunion” show.

When Jerry discussed his love of playing drums on the “Inspire” Podcast, Integrity’s Co-Founder and CEO, Bryan W. Adams, shared his own family’s adventure with music, as his seven-year-old son, Shiloh, has started learning how to play the drums. Jerry was sympathetic because his own children are learning new instruments too, so he understands the kind of patience that requires.

The passion that drove Jerry’s music also pushed him to learn more ways to help his business improve. For Jerry, it’s as much about the music as it is about the discipline of being a musician. Check out the rest of the podcast episode to learn more about Jerry Manning and his incredible business. This is one partner who knows how to rock every aspect of his life!
