In 2017, Grady Polcyn took a leap. With a humble attitude and an entrepreneurial heart, he shifted from his career in software and founded our newest partner Polcyn Insurance.

Before Grady made his mark in the insurance industry, the software company he founded wasn’t doing as well as he had hoped. After hearing about the rapid, booming success of those in the life insurance industry, he became curious about the benefits of the business.

As someone who embraced hard work in his life, Grady was no stranger to taking on new challenges. After meeting and talking with Andrew Taylor of Family First Life USA, Grady realized that he had what it would take to succeed in insurance and make a better life for his family. In only a few years, Polcyn Insurance — also known as Family First Life America — grew massively.
