Introducing Integrity’s Wellness Warm Up Initiative!

Category: Integrity Culture

Date: April 5, 2022

Last Friday, Integrity kicked off a company-wide initiative to help employees focus on and improve their overall health and wellness. Over the first three quarters of 2022, this wellness initiative will address physical health, financial well-being, as well as mental health and mindfulness.

Our Q1 initiative is called Wellness Warm Up! Wellness Warm Up is all about physical wellbeing — that means everything involving good habits, physical activity, getting wellness exams and understanding overall health scores.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sending out wellness tips for our employees to read and apply as well as inviting each of our offices to hold a partner field day.

We have also launched our first ever Integrity Step Challenge! Our hope is to get people walking throughout the week so we can all be healthier, happier and more engaged together.
