Thank you for joining us for our latest Women in Leadership Seminar with Jayne Rothman, Chief Legal Officer at Integrity! Your attendance drives us to keep making these events amazing and helpful to everyone.

Jayne showed so many facets of her personality that helped to build her story, including what makes her resilient. One of those was the strategy of the OODA Loop — “Observe-Orient-Decide-Act.” In her words, the OODA Loop is the way to handle things when you have “100 million things coming at you every day, and you constantly have to pivot.”

Want to know more? Watch the clip above on the meaning of the OODA Loop and how it can prepare you for effective and intentional decision-making.

Nine Women in Leadership Seminars so far — and they just keep getting better. Stay tuned for our next guest!
