DALLAS – Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), the nation’s largest independent distributor of life and health insurance products, today announced it has acquired Priority Life Insurance Group (“Priority Life”), an insurance marketing organization (IMO) based in Boca Raton, Florida. As part of the transaction, Nick Ayala, President of Priority Life, will become a Managing Partner at Integrity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Priority Life has experienced rapid growth since Ayala founded the company, providing life insurance products to consumers through agents located in nearly every state. The company placed over $28 million in annual paid premium in 2020, serving more than 40,000 Americans.
