As part of the acquisition, Joseph Battaglia, Sr. (“Joe”), CEO of SSNA, and Joseph Battaglia, Jr. (“Joey”), President of SSNA, will become Managing Partners in Integrity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
