Tobechukwu “Tobe” Oraegbu is President of International Financial Group.
Raised in Nigeria, Tobechukwu’s journey to the United States was a fulfillment of his parent’s dream of a better future for him. At the young age of 17, thanks to the support of key family members, this dream turned into a reality.
Tobechukwu completed his higher education at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania, where he honed his skills and laid the foundation for his future career. Upon graduating, he began working in the insurance and financial services industry, quickly establishing himself as a top-performing agent. This early success fueled his entrepreneurial spirit, leading him to launch his own insurance brokerage in partnership with Family First Life, a leading independent marketing organization.
Today, International Financial Group stands as a testament to Tobechukwu’s vision and leadership, having expanded from a solo venture to encompassing hundreds of agents across 49 states and Puerto Rico. Tobechukwu’s business acumen and forward-thinking approach have not only driven the agency’s growth, but also positioned it as a significant player in the industry.
Tobechukwu resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, traveling back to his hometown in Nigeria often to visit family. He continues to enjoy his childhood sport of soccer, and spending time with loved ones.
