Shannon has focused on training agents to have a passion for service, excellence and efficiency as they work to deliver personalized insurance and retirement solutions to their clients.
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Shannon currently resides in Traverse City, Michigan, with his wife, Adanna, and their daughter, Meadow.
