You must have faith, courage and humility to align with mentors who see your strengths and can hold you to high expectations. Maral’s career started at age 16 with a banking job, but she was empowered to step into her capabilities when she aligned with Patrick Bet-David of PHP Agency — a mentor who respected her talent, championed her work and did not give her the option of quitting.
